Vruksha Bench

Vruksha Bench

A heritage-style outdoor bench crafted with cast-iron sides and sculpted wooden slats, echoing garden promenades and colonial verandahs. The name Vruksha, rooted in Sanskrit for tree, honors the timber slats, while Bench keeps it search-friendly. Together, Vruksha Bench means tree bench—wood and iron in graceful balance, inviting restful pauses in courtyards, patios, cafés, and entryways.

Vruksha Planks of Vruksha Bench

Vruksha Planks

Vruksha Planks joins Vruksha, tree, with Planks, long wooden boards—word by word, tree boards. The seat is formed from a rhythm of solid timber slats, gently arched for comfort and spaced for quick rain run-off. Their time-softened edges and hand-rubbed patina celebrate use and seasons, while the warm tone eases the coolness of iron. Each plank is fastened with concealed screws into cross battens to prevent cupping, and the slatted design keeps the bench breathable in heat. In daily life, Vruksha Planks offer a supportive, easy-clean surface for parks, verandahs, cafés, and garden paths, carrying the quiet dignity of old promenade seating.

Shilpa Scrolls of Vruksha Bench

Shilpa Scrolls

Shilpa Scrolls unites Shilpa, artistry/craft, with Scrolls, curled motifs—word by word, craft curls. The side frames are sand-cast in iron with baroque foliage, rosettes, and gentle curls that end as palm-rests. Their mass anchors the bench against wind, while the pierced pattern reduces weight and lets leaves and rain pass through. The hand-aged finish resists glare and pairs beautifully with terracotta tiles or garden stone. Ergonomically, the arms provide a dignified perch for the forearm when rising or sitting, especially helpful for elders. Shilpa Scrolls make the silhouette iconic—an heirloom profile recognizable from botanical gardens and seaside boulevards.

Dharma Pads of Vruksha Bench

Dharma Pads

Dharma Pads merges Dharma, balance/right support, with Pads, ground contacts—word by word, balanced feet. The lion-paw inspired terminations spread load and protect paving, while pre-drilled holes allow discreet anchoring in public settings. Slight flare handles minor ground undulations, and a coat of bitumen or clear seal on contact points wards off moisture. On verandahs, the pads sit steady and kind to tiles; in gardens, they find purchase without sinking. Dharma Pads give the bench composure and longevity—quiet foundations for everyday rest.
