Chandraśāla Bed

Chandraśāla Bed

The Chandraśāla Bed — named after the arched “moon window” of Kerala temples — is a handcrafted teak sanctuary that blends sacred stillness with refined comfort. With a low plinth-like frame, lotus-inspired Kumbha legs, and a slim Gopura rail for gentle support, it evokes temple sopanam steps and ancestral cots where stories once unfolded. Softened with an undyed cotton mattress, it invites restful lounging by day and moonlit dreams by night. Rooted in ritual design yet minimal in form, the Chandraśāla Bed is both devotional and decorative — perfect for mindful homes, boutique villas, and heritage retreats.
